Who I am
I am Coach Allen! I am a USA Hockey Certified Level 4 Coach with a passion for player development both on and off the ice.
Growing up playing ice hockey in New Jersey, I wanted to give back to the hockey community. I currently coach with the North Jersey Avalanche, New Jersey Generals and New Jersey Devils Learn to Play program.
Previously, I have coached with the New Jersey Bandits, NJ Reapers, and was a trustee for Wayne Hockey Club (a non-profit hockey organization).
